£6.00 UK Special Delivery.

£4.00 Europe.

The cost of delivery will be added to your order total before payment.
Orders are usually despatched within seven days. During busy periods this can take up to 28 days. We will endeavour to deliver your order well within 28 days of receipt. If we are unable to achieve this we will contact you so you can decide whether to cancel or revise your order.
Incorrect delivery details may lead to delays in the delivery of your Emily products, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope you are very happy with your Emily Lingerie. However if you need for any reason to return your purchase we offer a free returns and exchange on all our products. U.K only.

Emily products can be returned to us at any time in the fourteen days after the goods have been despatched. Such items must be new and unused with the original packaging and the garment tags still attached. Simply return your unworn items to the address below - using the pre-paid returns label enclosed with your order.
If you're requesting an exchange, we'll deliver your new goods free of postage and packaging charges. If your new goods are of a higher value please enclose your contact details so we can arrange to call you to simply charge the difference to your card.
Occasionally items get lost in transit so don't forget to get proof of posting from the Post Office and keep the certificate until you've received your refund or replacement. For overseas returns mark your package clearly as 'RETURNED GOODS' and keep your proof of postage or tracking number safe until you have received your refund or exchange.
All Emily products that you wish to return should be returned to RETURNS, Emily, Office 2, The Broxbourne Business Centre, Fairways, Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. EN8 0NJ. Use the pre-paid returns label enclosed with your order.
We will refund the amount due to you by the method of payment that was used at the time of purchase, excluding taxes, duties and delivery costs within 30 days from the date of notice of cancellation
