The cost of delivery will be added to your order total before payment.
Orders are usually despatched within seven days. During busy periods this can take up to 28 days. We will endeavour to deliver your order well within 28 days of receipt. If we are unable to achieve this we will contact you so you can decide whether to cancel or revise your order.
Incorrect delivery details may lead to delays in the delivery of your Emily B products, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient.

RETURNS

Emily B products can be returned to us at any time in the fourteen days after the goods have been despatched. Such items must be new and unused with the original packaging and the garment tags still attached.
The customer is liable for the postage charge when returning an item. Occasionally items get lost in transit and we recommend that returned items are sent by recorded or special delivery.
All Emily B products that you wish to return should be returned to RETURNS, Emily B, Office 2, The Broxbourne Business Centre, Fairways, Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. EN8 0NJ with the returns note which is with the delivery note/invoice you receive with the goods.
We will refund the amount due to you by the method of payment that was used at the time of purchase, excluding taxes, duties and delivery costs within 30 days from the date of notice of cancellation
